How to play local co-op in Reanimal on the same screen/device
Let’s start with the simplest option. In the main menu, select “Co-op,” then “Local Co-op.” To do this, you’ll need two controllers connected to the same console.
The first player will play as the boy – the main character. To connect to this character, enter any text on your controller. The second player will play as the girl, who plays a more secondary role (connecting is done in the same way). If you want to switch characters, simply swap the controllers.
How to use Friend’s Pass in Reanimal
Friend’s Pass is a special free version of the game that allows you to play together with a friend who has purchased a license. This means you can officially play together, even though only one of you has purchased the game. How do you do this on Steam?
● This feature only works on the platform where the game was purchased. You cannot invite a friend from another device or service.
● One of you buys a license for Reanimal on Steam.
● A friend downloads a version of the game labeled “Friend’s Pass” or “free version with friend’s pass”
● The full version owner goes to the co-op settings, creates a session, or joins a friend’s lobby. After creating the lobby, you’ll receive a code, which you can send to your friend so they can join the session. Important: You can invite teammates directly through the built-in invite systems of Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, or Switch.
● The session creator will be the first to choose a character for the co-op mode. Characters can be changed during the game.
● To launch REANIMAL with Friend’s Pass via Remote Play, the game must support Remote Play Together. Invite your partner from your Steam friends list by right-clicking their nickname.
Is it possible to play REANIMAL online on a pirated copy?
The game doesn’t have Denuvo protection, meaning it doesn’t have network protection. So you shouldn’t have any problems playing online on a pirated copy.
